I have a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Social Work with a Minor in Media, Communications, and Technology. I have been practicing for over 10 years. I have a tremendous background and experience working in various healthcare settings, including inpatient psychiatry, outpatient behavioral health clinics, and the emergency department, where I have served as a clinician. I help clients who are dealing with depression, anxiety, and life issues learn ways to address these thoughts and feelings by implementing action steps to alleviate these symptoms to create lasting changes in their lives.
